i played right now a costum game and i tried quinn with huricane and it works on 3 people passive procs 3 people with ultimate update and doing dmg to those champions who are marked with passive also teemo statue where killed after 20 seconds of dealing dmg to him with out stoping hitting him is that a bug actuallu on quinn or it works with out any bug in the game?
