]Renekton's W->Hydra->Q combo doesn't go off properly and is super clunky and slow

I have decent ping ingame (30-50), my internet gets 56 mbps and 10 mbps upload speed with 6 ping

Yet Renekton's animation cancelling combos are super unresponsive now.

You used to be able to W -> Hydra active -> and Q all in 0.1 seconds. Now it takes at least 0.5 seconds and the Q won't go off until the majority of the Hydra Animation finishes.

This is huge and Renekton feels clunkier than ever. Wdf happened?
