Why can't Renekton's W go back to applying damage/on-hit all at once? Is the Fervor bug still here?

]Renekton's W->Hydra->Q combo doesn't go off properly and is super clunky and slow

Riot Support has confirmed that Renekton's W hitting separately is a bug. Why isn't it fixed yet?

So apparently BotRK Renekton was so OP that Riot had nerf his W by making it apply on-hit seperately

Please change Talon's "Cut-throat" to "Cut-Ankles"
