In ARAM in will show that I have 3 rerolls available when there is only a max of 2. When I reroll it drops to 1.
Chat profanity filter is permanently on even when set to off.

Same here, I had it twice or three times already. It is since one of the last patches, I regularly get 3 rerolls (and if you click, it changes to "1"). I think it should be an easy fix, I guess it's in the code that triggers when you already have 2 rerolls and reach the max points for another reroll.
