Champion bug, please fix

There's this weird new champion called 'Zoe' that does disgusting amounts of damage with a cross-map stun, insanely low CDs and high mobility. She also has four summoner spells in lane, her own two and the two of the enemy's. Really weird bug how she just throws out her shitty little fucking bubble and then you're 100% dead, unless you have cleanse or QSS. This is a really strange bug to see Riot, please fix this bug where Zoe does incredible amounts of damage on such low CDs.
