After game stats - killing tentacles counts as killing wards?

League of Legends Match History

So we placed 69 wards, but 67 were destroyed by the other team... Yet we only had 1 person with a blue trinket, and the other team: DIDN'T HAVE ANY LENSES.

My best guess of the problem is that you are counting Illaoi tentacles as wards.

This is actually a real bug. Anyone else have this in an Illaoi game?

Wouldn't surprise me in the least if Riot records the tentacles as "Undefined Ward" (same category they use for item 3363 and other things in the game that just sit there), causing it to be counted with wards.
