Relic shield interaction with Parrrley and Kalista isn't working properly
When I fire my Q at a minion that kalista has already tagged, my relic shield charge will not be consumed, causing me to waste a cooldown and mana.

Basically, this is due to the interaction of Kalista's passive with how dmg is calculated. I believe her passive is applied first, which usually kills the minion and grants her the gold.
I think that Riot should make that happen the other way around. I've seen another post about this a while ago.

This is 100% intended as far as Kalista is concerned. If something she marks dies on the attack that procs the mark, she gets kill credit, so that supports can feel safe about attacking minions in tandem. The code isn't smart enough to know you want it differently because of your Relic Shield.
tl;dr: Kalista is selfish
