[Gameplay] Scuttle Crab speed bug

When you kill the crab you get this movement speed shrine..... As i observed after i walk onto the shrine i get movement speed then i go off and comeback on and the effect is not applied.I was taking dragon with my team at this time i died because i couldnt get away that movement speed might of acutally saved me. To recreate go kill crab then step on step off wait till wears off step on repeat until bug is found. sadly i dont have any screenshots but this is a bug i would love fixed.
