Leveled to level 40 Yay! But

Yeah I did't get one from 34-35 either. Now I am at 1 game away from 36, but I don't want to play until the bug has been fixed lol. Somehow I don't think they are gonna return 2 missing capsules to us....[sg-zephyr]

ya i didnt get any at 45 and i dont wanna level again till i submit a ticket but support site is bugged and i cant even do that. if riot would just acknowledge this bug it would end the need to constantly check forums and play without worry.

same here i reached lvl 40 but dit not get any reward and im almost at lvl41

I didn’t get capsules at 41 or 42 and putting in a ticket yielded, “There isn't a level up reward from 41 to 42. You will earn a milestone reward when you hit level 50.” But that doesn’t sound right to me.

Update: After that initial response, my rioter support noticed the missing champion capsules and added them to my account. I also got the capsule for hitting 43 but I hope the issue isn't recurring.

[sg-lux-2] That's weird not the missing the capsules because I didn't get one when I leveled to 45 but at 40 I got a if recall a silver like capsule that gave either shards or a emote or both can't remember.I think riot is super confused at this point lol.
