the fuck riot

So I was in a game and my internet went out for like literaly only 10 seconds. I try to get back into the game I click recconect and it gives me a black screen and tells me something about "please fix your internet connection and try again." So I keep doing that over and over so i choose to restart my client and it wont even open. If I get a 20 minute queue dodge timer I'm actually going to flip. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
