Lost my Hextech Keys and Box due to bug -- any help please?

I was in the loot page of my menu and crafted my hextech key from the fragments I got. I got the key fine, but then I tried opening the box the animation crashed and I lost both my key and box, and got nothing from it. I was wondering if there is any way that Riot can give me my box and key back since I did have to grind for those keys.
