[Gameplay] Hitting 'Space' when dead causes camera to lock on body

This consistently happens when i die in game, i'll scroll around the map hit space (instinctually) to return to my current position but then the camera gets locked. I am unable to unlock it, hitting space does nothing nor hitting the camera lock option. Its normally only a small issue early game, but late game if i do it (by accident of course) it prevents me assessing how fights are going, where i need to be where i spawn etc. i end up staring at a black screen, a corpse and dots running about on the minimap which is rather frustrating. But this has been going on for a few patches now so i am unaware if it is a League issue or if it is something to do with my client.
