Honor Level

hey so im honor level 3 yet every time i go into the loading screen it never shows above my banner yet i only seen it on my character 1 time and that was a long while ago... is anyone else having this problem or did i get the short end of the stick again.

u have to get 1 honor from a random or 2 from a premade

i was chat banned for like 9 games then i when i wasnt chat banned i was honor level1 and i get 2 honors every game but i wont get up to honor level 2 sombody pls answer
