Connection Error

So apparently since this little connection error of your guys i now am in the ban list for i think 10 games now for 40 or 20 minutes each now and i would like to be subsided of this because its not my fault you guys are having technical difficulties and im being punished for it, and to throw a little more onto the subject because of this i cant make use of my 1 day IP boost and would like a refunded 1 day IP boost for all the lost time that ive encountered because of this bs. thanks.
