Karthus is TOO global

I don't know whether the enemy team had the same issue, but the last game I played with a Karthus, his recalling sound was global, as in I could hear the pages turning from his book all the way from top lane.

Were u using unlocked camera and viewing karthus? if so yes u can hear champion quotes if your Camera is on the champion

you can hear whatever you are looking at. If your camera was over him, and you were watching him recall, you could hear him.
You have to remember that playing league, the idea isn't that you are your champion. The idea is that you are controlling your champion. your audio doesn't come from the champions "ears" it comes from some mystical place in the sky where you're watching.
