Wooglet's Witchcap isn't displaying the bonus AP it gives.

I don't know if this applies to others champions or other players because I have only played one game of hexakill, but as I was playing Brand with the Zombie Brand Skin, I noticed the issue with the witchcap as I purchased it. I bought it prior to having full doran's rings and a rylais. It appears to only be a visual bug because I tested reselling the item and purchasing it again and it seems to give the right AP ratio, it just doesn't display the bonus it gives when you hover over the item, it just reads it as zero. (ex. icreases your ability power by 25%(0))

I noticed this bug like 2 or 3 hexakills ago. There was only one time where i got the 25% bonus from it.

During this hexakill I played till now 4 games with the named item and never go a single bonus.

And all my other teammates even if they didnt said anything had the same ap amount, and i am talking from 545 ap instead of round about 680 ap witha full build and runes.

So maybe Riot would fix this till the next hexakill starts.
