S V 1 votesThe restrictions in place, if currently unranked, will be based off previous rank (Last Season). Because I can't see the rank of your partner, I can only provide a possible explanation for why you can't queue together. Edit : If you're unranked (As in a completely fresh account with no rank, it will assume the rank of a silver meaning it can only queue with iron, bronze, silver, gold.
ßłåçk Šhëêp2 votesI was gold 2 and my friend silver 5
S V 1 votesThis should also be based off of the previous season's rank not the preseason also.
Hide on boi1 votesMy friend was plat 4 and I was gold 3, and we can't play together now. If it is a bug, please fix it as soon as possible.
