The servers are down and if the problem persist show evidence and send stuff to support

Send in a ticket to support, I hope you have your receipt. you may need to get a replacement or refund from the store you bought it from if the code is invalid.
They may (probably will) require screenshots of the receipt in question and the code on the back of the card itself.
But if everything is good, you should receive your RP.
