Loot Bug [Client]

I just updated my game, played a match and now it won't let me activate or disenchant any of my loot. I tried on ward skins and champion skins and no menu appears no matter how many times I click it. Trying to disenchant some, but it isn't working. Was wondering if anyone else had this issue.
