Unable to login/ Unable to create lobby/ Can't confirm

My client is acting up. On the login screen it says "can not login, you may be offline" which I'm not since I am typing here. Then if you wait long enough it lets me log in. Then when i hit play, it says "can not create lobby, please restart your client". If I wait even longer it then lets me create lobby it says another error when I hit confirm. If I keep waiting longer I can get through the whole process.

This happened to me probably about the same time it happened to you. Either it fixed itself. Or I fixed it by changing my DNS. Try to log in first before messing with your DNS. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201761944-Login-Issues#mq6 FYI I am on a mac. so I dont know if it will carry over for Windows.
