Twisted Treeline background music turned off after 6.9 patch.

Music is deactivated in this map. Summoner's Rift works well, though.

To try it: create a custom game, choose Twisted Treeline, start the game. Once in game, set all volume bars to minimum except "master" and "music" volume. You will notice the lack of music.
