Perfect Attendence in Game, then LeaverBuster, what?

My friend Xamsuka has been playing with me since yesterday and during the other times he has played on League, he has not left any games or AFKed, I was present during those games and teaching him how to play. However, as of yesterday, the LeaverBuster kicked in, which is odd 'cause the day before that he didn't have a LeaverBuster and yesterday now has it?

Is this a bug or some unknown issue? Whatever the case may be, can you look into it?

But on his profile it kept registering him as LV8 until he logged out and logged in.

I'm seeing several of his recent games he has very little participation, as in 2% kill participation and less than 1 CS a minute. You sure he's not idling in his games or straight up afk'ing? Not showing the games as losses could be a visual bug while the low priority queue is correct.

He could ask on Help & Support if they can look at it, or through a Support TIcket if that isn't the case.

My friend is handicap and uses a Xbox One controller to play the game so his reaction time is sluggish due to the control setup.

EDIT: Since the past two days I was playing with him and instructing him what he can and can't do while playing Garen. Furthermore, he isn't idle, he stays under turret when there is more than two enemy AIs in the lane. I inform him through skype call to stay under turret to not get stomped til I arrive when dive at them.

And again, he's sluggish since he's adjusting to the controller, he hasn't learned last hit on the CS either. I can vouche for him on particpation 'cause once again, I was there in the game either top or bottom lane.
