Invisible minion block

There have been times where I can't move for about a good 2-3 seconds in lane because minions that aren't there are blocking me, even worse is when they are they and I take about 5 seconds to move around one minion making me lose about 20 cs in the early game, please for the love of god fix the minions, There have been times where I even flash out but it makes me walk back to them. It gets me killed a lot and is extremely fucking frustrating...
