Not getting chests/keys
I have gotten many S-/S/S+ along with my team mates and I haven't gotten a single chest/key fragment for about a week now, I have a chest available and won a couple of games with S' but nothing

You can only get 1 chest per champion per season. If you already received a chest while playing X champion (whether you earned it or a premade ally earned it for you), you can't get another one on X until next season.
For key fragments, the drop rate is not linear. You will get several early on with few games, but you'll quickly start having a really hard time getting any.
