victory screen looks terrible all of a sudden and I lost my rune pages.

Everytime I win I get this strange and bad looking victory screen animation. Also I lost all my rune pages and presets. In addition, whenever I start a match, it sets my summoner spells to like ghost and exhaust or something like that.

I think everyone has the 5 fps victory screen, and riot mentioned it in the patch notes, so I think that was intentional, however the runes and summoners being deleted is probably riot turning into bethesda
