Making new discussion since old one got no answers

I was gold 5 last season and i didnt get my rank like during october i got gold 5 it even says it on op.gg if you look at my profile (yasuohitsthejuul) but in my leauge profile it says that i was unranked and i dont have my ranked border or my ranked border in loading lobby please let me get an answer im honor 1 i dont think that should affect my profile saying i was unranked lastseason
