I Leveled up from lvl 31 to lvl 32 but i didnt get my champion capsule

I just played a draft pick and i lost but lvled up and i didnt get my champion capsule idk why can some one help me? i was really waiting for that BE then riot just didnt give me my champion capsule. **UPDATE ** to old post ^^^ In the middle of lvl 32 i got a message saying i got a champion capsule i was like oh im getting it late EH so i go to my loot and guess what its not there LOL riot is actually trolling me this has been happening to other people too
