Camera Angle randomly moves when you Tibbers

Hello! I have recently come up with this bug that keeps on reappearing whenever I play Annie. Sometimes when I flash ult say in mid lane, my camera will immediately shift to blue buff making it impossible to combo properly. I don't know if this is launcher specific but I have lost a number of games (3 about) because of this reoccurring thing that keeps popping up as of late. I hope that this can be fixed for I would like to actually play League instead of rage on these pages about how the game is broken. I never have cared for 'broken champs' (aside Rek'sai WTF WERE YOU THINKING) or 'feeders' in games but when the game does not work or people just wanna flame and rage on your team I just wanna play EU4 instead. I am sorry but I have about had it right now. Happy New Year and Please for 2015 end some of these bugs.
