Can't click on summoner name change

I wanted to change my summoner name with the 650 RP I just bought myself, but when I go to click on it, nothing happens. I've tried restarting the client, and it still doesn't work.

Actually, I can't click on anything in the featured section, but I can click on champions to buy them. It's a very peculiar problem. Can someone help me?
