Gameplay bug - Xerath stuns through Sivir spell shield

During this game of Sivir I played against a Xerath support and noticed that everytime I tried to spell shield his stun I would block the damage, regain the mana, but still get stunned. This happened consistently throughout the game everytime I tried to spell shield the stun. I created a highlight showing the interaction based on my gameplay experience.
