Ekko Lock Camera bug?

Yesterday I played a game of Ekko and I ran into an issue which looks to be a game breaking (at least in my opinion) bug. It doesnt effect the other champions only Ekko himself. It seems on occasion when the camera readjusts for Ekko's ult it will actually lock the camera in client. I tried using the button by the mini map along with the hotkey to unlock camera but neither was successful. I ended up spending the last 25 minutes of the game in locked camera which was pretty difficult for me since I had never played League with locked camera. I just wanted to make a post here incase anybody else has run into this issue.

I'm not entirely sure but I believe this happened when I dove someone under the second tower on blue side bot lane. I jumped back to my ult over by red buff. I believe because the camera moved off my current viewing angle it locked onto Ekko but the client hadn't registered that I had locked the camera.
