[CLIENT] pvp.net not letting me log in

Currentely on patch 4.21 and evr since i downloaded it i couldnt log in to LEague of Legends. I could pass the launcher and everything, but it seems like theres some bug or whatnot. Any advice? (i already tried re-installing it... if that helps) please rito gods come forth
