I reinstalled LOL cuz it wasnt letting me log in, but here comes another problem: the download will not go beyond 75% (there is 360 MBS left, then my kbps goes to 0.) Is there anyway to fix this?. I've already tried restarting my PC, with no prevail. Ples Riyo Gods.

How long have you left the client at this stage at? It's not normally here, but normally at about 250-260MB the download drops to 0, but after about an hour or so on slower machines it continues.
This may not be the case as yours is stopping at a different place, but how long have you tried leaving it for so far without closing it?
its the same with my client!
