[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn Traps no longer grant vision when placed

This is an issue I've been running into on Caitlyn the past few games I played with her; when placing traps in brush or fog-of-war, the traps no longer grant vision for a brief period. Not sure if anyone else has been running into this issue
