Unable to ban in ranked!

I was just in a ranked match, and was up to ban and I highlighted Mundo and ban button never highlighted. I tried banning ANYBODY and it never highlighted, I got booted and the 5 minute penalty. Anybody else have this issue?!

I just had this exact same issue in 2 different lobbies. I was thinking it maybe didn't update properly.

Just had the same issue. One of our players got a loss for it....

I just noticed they went back to old champ select. Log out and back in.
