Today, I received a message demanding that I agree not to leave games.

I have never left a game voluntarily. I have been occasionally prevented from connecting through a wired connection on certain occasions by as-yet-unidentified technical reasons. The software can and should be aware of the fact that the client launched, encountered X error, and refused to connect; after all, if I'm getting an error message from the client it should surely be logging that somewhere.

Last month I had problems from the internet and now has left me outside the leavebuster. It is a failure of the internet and have not left any game. I have seen many complaints about this new system and there are worse players hechan you lose a game or many negative attitude and are not applied anything. In my case since I blocked the account and even when I could not get it back. I hope to put more attention on these problems.
