Warlord's Bloodlust Stops Working [GAMEPLAY]

When I was playing Draven in practice mode to test out the reworked Warlord's Bloodlust, it was all working out fine until I pressed the reset game button which caused it to never work. Again this happened in practice mode so I don't think you can recreate it in a normal game but its worth taking a look into.
