Cannot Reconnect to a Ranked Match

Okay, so I was playing a normal game of soloq and all of a sudden I disconnect from the game. I switched tabs and checked if my internet down but strangely it was still working. After a minute of waiting to reconnect, I closed the game hoping to reconnect through the client, however there was no button. I restarted the client multiple times, even trying to close hidden files running in the background for league, but nothing seemed to work. As of now I am playing 2 ranked games at once. Why is this still happening.
