Errors in running game after the patch

After the patch, I could initially enter into queue and champ select like normal. Then when the game would normally launch, I'd get an error message saying something like "error 004" or whatever. I closed the client and restarted, and it then prompted me to reconnect. After a a few moments, the same error would occur. I've run the repair tool, reinstalled the game twice, and I still can't get in to play. Any suggestions?
