Random Freezes

Game randomly freezes during matches. The event lasts only for a couple of seconds but during those, I am unable to move or see movement on the screen. I have checked the gameplay logs and always find this kind of error "ERROR| Playing Animation Error, Cant Find Animation: Hit, for character: VisionWard". Any idead what might be causing it?
