Champion Select Freezes

When I'm in champion select for a ranked match. My client freezes at 0 seconds, but I can still hear the music, I can change my summoner spells, and I can go through my runes and masteries. After seconds It stops freezing, but by then I'm removed from champ select because I can't pick a champion or ban. Please is there any solution, because I'm stupid and I kept going into ranked queues with out realizing it was ranked, so I lost a lot of LP, and I'm getting 20 min wait times. Btw I tried to reinstall, nothing.

Im having the same issue started right around the 6.5 patch update

I don't know when Riot will fix this. I sent a ticket, and one of their Support represenetives told me to post the bug here.

"I can't provide a timeline for when we might see a fix on this issue, but thank you again for the report. Please let me know if you have any other questions!"

That's what they basically sent me

I know, it's so annoying. All my friends don't have this problem either, and I forgot I was in ranked so I went from Gold IV 60 LP to 27

There's also a potentially related bug with all draft-ques (Ranked & Non-Ranked) causing a Please wait screen before imposing que rejection. Hopefully rito will throw us a bone & give us "Dodge Forgiven"
