ANNOYING CLIENT BUG THAT NEEDS TO BE FIX PLEASE

So back in February my I would be in draft pick for ranked and my client would freeze at 0 seconds and I can't pick/ban. It's been 3 god damn months, and no solution. I talked to Riot games Support, Teksavvy support, and NOTHING. Seriously fix this shit. I can't play league with out freezing or not getting queue pop up. I thought it was only in draft pick, but no. When I'm playing Normal blind pick THE QUEUE DOESN'T POP UP, and like 10 seconds later it does, but its too late, and even In URF it happens when banning is happening. It fucking freezes. I just want to play the game I enjoy, but I can't. Can someone at Riot please help. I did everything, uninstalled, reinstalled, I sent all these logs to Riot and Teksavvy support. I even REFORMATTED MY PC, AND NOTHING. please help I'm literately giving Riot support one more month, if nothing then I guess that's goodbye to league for me. AND PLEASE IF YOU'RE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM ADD ME ON LEAGUE
