[CRASH] Game is repeatingly crashing/bugsplating when loading into game

I lost my series from this stupid bug. ....................wtf...............................[slayer-jinx-unamused]

After champ select, I'd get this black box that would appear in the uper left of my screen then the reconnect button would appear along with a bugsplat report box. It kept happening, over, and over, and over, etc.
