[Client] Queue Lobby Chat Messages Won't Appear

For the past few days i've been noticing an annoying bug that happens after playing a few games. All of a sudden while in a Queue lobby chat, it will appear as if nobody is sending messages at all, and i assume nobody is communicating and calling lanes. But go to chat in game and the rest of my teams get mad at me for locking in and taking their lane, claiming they were chatting in lobby. This has happened on a few games, resulting in miscommunication at Queue, and i've only been able to fix it by restarting my league client. We tested this later while in a skype group, and sure enough it bugged again and i couldn't see any messages from others in the chat, though the other people could see mine. I don't want this to cause any people to be falsely reported for refusing to communicate.
