IMPORTANT BUG.. Can't click anything in game, won't let me reconnect.

This has happened more than a few times in the past few weeks. I know other people this has happened to as well. Basically, I'll spawn in a game along with the rest of my team. Everything seems normal till I can't click on anything. My camera won't move, I can't click the shop, and can't unlock my abilities. My chat and key commands work but that's it. I have no choice but to restart my laptop. When I try to reconnect, it'll show the loading screen and it will get to 100%, then all of a sudden it just goes black. I have to restart my computer yet again, and I log in again and the game has been /remade. This has happened so many times and I'm scared I'll get issued a penalty for something out of my control. Again, this is not just my computer, this has happened to multiple other people, both friends irl and people ingame.

Riot has found that discord overlays were at fault for players being unable to interact with the game, so if you use discord, try turning off your overlays.

If you don't use discord, or disabling the overlays doesn't work, try running League of Legends in administrator mode. You can do this by closing the game, right-clicking on it's icon, and selecting the "Run as Administrator" option.

You should also be careful about using any other additional apps or modifications, as they can be prone to causing issues, and they're not something Riot supports. You can read more about Riot's stance regarding this here: Third Party Applications.

As for the reconnecting to a black screen issue, I'm not sure what might cause that, but it's possible running in administrator mode could also help. Either way, won't know until you try, so I hope this helps you out :S
