Red Kayn was inside of a wall on the first tick of morde passive, left the wall and the passive stayed on kayn even when it was not active around mordekaiser, continuously doing damage until morde dies.

It persisted through his passive expiring and re-activating, and through mordekaiser ulting a different champion.
