[CLIENT] New item dot on Collection-Skins tab after every game

After every game I have the dot thats is supposed to represent something new or updated on my collection tab on the top of the client, If I click on it it shows me that the dot is on the skins tab. There are no differences after each game.

Reproducing 100% after every game

1. Play a game
2. Exit game back to client
3. Look at collection tab

It does NOT work with a practice tool game that you exit after. Tested works with Ranked Solo/Duo and Ranked Flex. Did not test with Normals draft/blind
