GAME-BREAKING RYZE BUGS NOT FIXED IN PBE

Are you serious, Riot games? can you not be bothered to playtest the champion properly or get someone competent on the champ to playtest it? Not only does the champ feel really weak to play right now, these bugs are making it very frustrating to play.
