Can't log in to my account.

I got disconnected from chat , I closed the client and opened it again , when i tried to log in it said that i couldnt connect to the server , I restarted my PC and when I tried to log in again it said wrong username wrong password , i am certain that my information is correct but it gets stuck on authenticating then its pops the wrong password wrong username . I tried to file a ticket but it won't let me log into my account there either . If any of you know how to solve this issue please help.
