[GAMEPLAY] (Spectator Mode/Replay System) 5th Champions Hidden Below Screen

In Spectator Mode (and Replays), there is an annoying bug where the 5th team member for both blue and red team won't show up properly. A picture of this can be seen below:

Notice that the Jhin and Thresh are hidden far below where they should be on the scoreboard. Also note that the scoreboard size isn't big enough to accommodate all 5 champions. Also, the actual champion boxes haven't moved at all (meaning that it's misleading, the scoreboard is lower than the spots where you can click & drag champions to reorder them)._ I am also playing on a widescreen monitor, but this bug persists through all resolution sizes on my computer._

Reproduce steps:

  1. Enter Spectator Mode
  2. Unhide the scoreboard

This bug has also appeared on multiple streams that I have watched. I have also seen this bug happen in 100% of the games that I have spectated and replayed in the past month and a half. It's frustrating to deal with this bug because I try to stream a few of my school's League Club tournament games, but the bug makes it so I can't see how the 5th champions stack up with one another.

I'd like to pop in to add to this, and explain the issue slightly. It's actually dependent on the "HUD Scale" option in settings. When HUD Scale is maxed out, the scoreboard appears fine, but the objects on it don't scale downward properly like the rest of the HUD. Most people who frequently use spectate mode (myself included) turn that option down significantly so they can see the game itself much better - so for most users, it'll show as above.
